The outbound email servers at one of our data centres are currently unable to communicate with the outside world. This has the potential for outbound email to be delayed.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been assigned to a network engineer for further investigation.

Problem identified with the routing on these servers. Problem has been evident for some time but only became customer affecting following the decommissioning of some legacy kit early this morning.

Routing fixed and email is now dequeuing.
