We are currently investigating issues with our usage collection and processing systems, this may be affecting usage in VMBU.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have now resolved the issues we were seeing and the service has now been restored to normal operation. The usage data has caught up so VMBU should now be displaying the correct up to date data. As the issue has been fixed we are now downgrading the problem for monitoring.
