There are an uncharacteristically large volume of calls coming through to the CSC from customers having data transfer issues.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified a problem that we believe is related to some maintenance work we carried out this morning on the Madasafish platform.

We are looking to roll these changes back.

The DNS servers now seem to be responding. We're continuing to investigate the root cause.
