BT have advised that the system we use for 21CN orders and faults is currently down at this time. This means we are unable to submit any orders or investigate any faults at this time.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have raised this as a case with BT, who are currently working on a fix.

This only impacts fault raising & reporting and placing orders on the ADSL2+ system.

We have confirmed that the Faults side of the 21CN system is back up and running. Unfortunately the Provisioning issues are still evident and is still being investigated by BT.
