There are problems with webmail. Logging in is timing out out giving password, imap or database errors.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem passed to network engineer for further investigation.

Some recently added mail collection servers have been removed from live service but the problem continues. Appear that the database is hitting it's session limit. Continuing to investigate.

We have introduced some additional servers to the platform to help mitigate the problem. Access is still slower than usual however should be possible throughout the remainder of the evening. We will need to remove these additional servers tomorrow and get to the bottom of why this morning's changes have resulted in today's problems.

Problem is being downgraded for investigation tomorrow now that service has been restored.
