We are currently unable to gain access to the BT testing systems which we use to diagnose faults. This was confirmed by BT Wholesale at 18:15 and they are currently investigating this with their Networks Engineers.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have received confirmation from BT regarding the outage. BT Wholesale aim to update us within 2 hours.

All systems are back online, we will monitor the situation to ensure access is unaffected.
