Some customers connected to PCL-AG02 and PCL-AG04 have been disconnected from the internet, this was caused by a SRP switch on the hardware.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We're investigating this issue and may need to reload the gateway to resolve this problem.

We've rebooted the hardware and this is accepting customer connections again.

Any customers affected by this outage should be able to get back online now.

The hardware vendor has identifed a defect that caused the crash of this router and pcl-ag04 last Friday and they are developing a fix.

This problem has been confirmed to be exactly the same root cause as the problem with PCL-AG04 on Friday the 5th of February.

This problem will now be closed, however you can read updates on the other problem which will remain open until the problem is resolved.
