We've had a hardware failure on our traffic management platform. As a result, customers will be not be receiving the correct management profile. This will result in significantly slower speeds on certain protocols for affected customers, problems with changing Manage My Usage Levels and the lifting of failed billing restrictions.
Customers are advised not to disconnect and reconnect their routers as this could make their internet performance worse.
