When attaching attachments in Squirrel mail there are occasions where the recipient of the email receives the attachment however it is 0KB in size and therefore cannot be opened. Checking the sent folder in SquirrelMail also shows the file size to be 0KB.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to our Quality assurance team for further investigation.

This is now being investigated by Networks.

We have now implemented a fix for this problem. Testing shows that it is now possible to send attachments.

This problem has been resolved.
