The mx.core.plus.net and mx.last.plus.net inbound mail servers are periodically timing out connections. Our engineers are investigating this issue as a top priority.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We can confirm that mail is still being received; however the servers are very busy at this time and we are investigating the higher than normal load.

We will continue to provide updates as the incident progresses.

We can confirm the load has now dropped and is more in line with normal traffic levels.

The Networks Support team are continuing to monitor the health of the platform and to investigate the cause of the increased load.

Our Network Support team are continuing to monitor the platform closely.

We will close the problem once we are confident the incident is resolved.

Sessions on the servers have dropped significantly and operation is back to normal. We have downgraded this problem and the Networks team are performing live monitoring of the platform.
