Problem: [44712] Card Payments Failing Status: Closed
Problem description Added on: 13/07/2007 @ 15:43

Users who have failed billing and are trying to reactive their account with a card payment receive the following error:
"Payment was not taken, account will stay deactive until payment is taken. Additional information Failed to take payment ".

Payment was attempted with two different cards and got the same error.

Refunds to cards also seem to be failing, with the error returned as follows:
"The following errors were encountered
*CC Transaction failed. The returned message was Error"

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our QA engineers are currently investigating this issue.

We have confirmed that this issue has only affected two customers.

We are downgrading this problem, and will monitor the situation.
