We have seen several occasions of inbound migration orders getting 'stuck' and therefore not submitted to BT by the XML scripts. This does not appear to be happening to every order, however.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem is currently with our Development Team and a fix is being worked on. We have identified all affected accounts and will ensure orders are correctly submitted.

A fix has been developed and is currently going through the "Code Review" and QA phases.

The fix has been rolled to our Gamma test platform for full regression testing.
