As a result of this mornings planned maintenance over running a few customers may have problems logging in to the portal until approximately 09:00.

We are currently working to resolve this problem.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The problem affecting portal logins has now been resolved, and all customers should be able to login as normal.

We have identified a further issue with ADSL authentication for a small number of customers. Customers affected will receive username/password errors when trying to connect.

Our engineers are working on this and expect to have it resolved shortly.
