As above, when customers are logged in and click Help & Support -> My Questions, if they have any open questions an error message is received - see attached screenshot.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our QA team have confirmed that this problem is due to a network connection issue to one of our databases. This problem is now being transferred to our Network Operations team for further investigation.

There was a route to the new archive database missing from 2 of the portal servers. This has now been added.

I am passing this problem to our QA team for testing.

Our Quality Assurance Team have tested the fix for this problem and have confirmed this issue is now resolved.

This porblem will now be closed.
