Customers may be experiencing a problem authenticating to the internet and getting 691 errors (Username incorrect)
Called on call engineer who is looking into the problem

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our on-call engineer is still currently investigating the issue further.

We have identified the cause of the problem causing some customers to see a "691" or authentication error message when trying to connect and work has been done to resolve the problem.

We believe that the problem has now been resolved, however we will continue to monitor the platform to ensure no further errors are seen. We would ask any customers still experiencing problems to contact the Customer Support Centre.
