Our monitoring is showing that the gateways PTE-AG1 and PTE-AG2 are not accepting new sessions. All customers currently connected will be unaffected and customers trying to connect will be able to connect to a different gateway.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers are currently investigating this problem.

We have now resolved the problem, however the DSL centrals are a little unbalanced.

If any of our customers are experiencing slow performance then they may wish to disconnect and reconnect to either of our DSL routers labeled pte-ag1 or pte-ag2.

Our monitoring is showing customers are reconnecting to these gateways and the problem is being closed off as resolved.
