We are currently seeing errors when trying to log in to webmail.

We are seeing this error message:

ERROR:
2 Preference database error. Exiting abnormally

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This has been passed to our Quality Assurance team for replication and to assign to a relevant member of staff for investigation.

This appears to have been a temporary issue and webmail service is now fully functional. This problem will now be downgraded and monitored.
