We are currently investigating reports of Metronet users unable to view their Broadband usage, or Order Summary.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The problem has been identified and our QA team is now testing the fix on our gamma platform.

The fix has passed testing and we will be rolling to the live platform shortly.

This is now in testing on our isolated platform and will soon be rolling live.
