We have recently see a number of orders which we send in an automated fashion being rejected by BT.

It transpires that BT has encountered a problem with their automated submission tool. Once this tool is up and running again, these orders will all be resubmitted.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently awaiting an update from BT regarding the repair of their automated order system.

BT have informed use their automated ordering system is backup. The next batch of orders is due to be sent at ~14:00 today.

Our log files from the 14:00 batch today show BT are accepting our orders again.
