MetroNet customers are unable to login to the portal (confirmed)

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently aware of a problem causing Metronet customers to be unable to log into their customer portal.

Our QA team are currently investigating this.

This has been identified as a side effect of a change made yesterday. A developer is working on a fix.
