Problem description

We may have a problem where newly transferred or registered domains are not being added to Postini. Customers' MX records are updated however they receive a 554 error when attempting to send email to their address as it doesn't exist in Postini.
This does not affect username.visp.com, but will affect any other domains.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
