Our network engineers are investigating a potential issue with our Ellacoya profiles which may be causing speed problems for customers.

We will update this problem as soon as we have further information.

Investigation of this issue has shown that the ellacoya system is working correctly but there is an issue with one of our reporting servers which serves the information to the CSC. We will raise a new problem to investigate this.
