We are currently aware that a number of customers are seeing poor speeds on advanced traffic protocols (such as usenet and peer to peer).

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have applied a fix to our traffic management accounting servers. Monitoring suggests that this may have resolved the issue.

Testing of a few accounts has seen NNTP speeds running at normal levels.

Continuing to monitor. Investigations into the root cause of the problem continues.

Tthere were issues with the reset Scheduler on the accounting server. A restart has fixed the issue and the platform is under monitoring.

The traffic management rules need manually correcting to what they should be for this time of day. The scheduler only makes incremental changes meaning that the other option would involve a 24 hour wait.
