The code for logging Direct Debit upgrade details is failing, stopping the product upgrade process from completing properly for all vISPs.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a developer for further investigation.

Calls into the database layer from application code were using an invalid database connection, and thus failing. A fix has been engineered and is being pushed through QA now.
