We have seen a number of anomalies with CBC usage and RADIUS reporting. This can lead to our RADIUS sessions not showing some connections or CBC usage not being recorded correctly against customer accounts.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have now rolled a fix for this problem and no longer believe it to be affecting customers.
