We are currently experiencing issues with BT Wholesale's fault diagnostic system giving no results.

This is preventing us from performing Broadband fault diagnostics which may delay turnaround times on faults.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This is now in hand with BT System Support.

We are now able to run fault diagnostics successfully, however we are awaiting a further reply from BT System Support confirming that the issue has been cleared.

We are now monitoring for further instances of this issue.

We have seen no further instances of this occuring, so the problem will now be passed for signoff
