Our support centre are receiving a large volume of calls from customers who are unable to authenticate.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

BT Retail have been reporting problems with the service that may be related to the issues we're seeing. We've noticed some irregularities with sessions terminating on the pcl-ag04 gateway.

We have performed maintenance on one of our switches and sessions now seem to be being handled normally.
