All inbound and outbound calls are currently not working in the UK. Both 0845 and 0114 support numbers are affected.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Engineers are currently investigating this issue. This initially appears to be our external phone link that is affected.

If you wish to log a query withour support team via the website, Tickets (Questions) are not affected by this outage and our support team will assist you as quickly as possible via the Help Assistant & My Questions.

Calls appear to be now coming into the call centre as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience if you have been trying to call us during this period. This appears to have been related to a power outage affecting Telewest circuits in the Sheffield area.

Our telecoms supplier has suffered a major outage in the Sheffield area where all power was lost to one of their main cabinets.

We're awaiting further information however there are now reports of calls coming through.
