Problem: [58649] Ellacoya switches reaching maximum CPU utilisation Status: Closed
Problem description Added on: 14/10/2009 @ 11:10

You can see from our graphing and traceroutes provided by customers that the e30 switches look to be maxing out. We suspect this is causing excessive speed complaints to the CSC and a lot of disquiet on the forums.

Switches have been reloaded and CPU utilisation is looking much healthier. We have also temporarily disconnected several thousand customers to help restore some balance to the network.

Platform will be monitored tonight and if the problems persist we need to back out some signature changes that we made a few months back.
