Please answer all the following questions, if this is not done the problem will be sent back to you.
How can the problem be replicated? Please add step by step details and URLs or location of the service.
Click: Account Details / Generate MAC key. Add a ticket ID and click 'Process MAC order automatically'
What did you want to happen?
The MAC key should be generated and put onto the ticket ID selected. A seperate billing ticket should raise automatically and go straight on hold for a month.
What actually happened?
No MAC key is put on the ticket and no billing ticket is created. The message 'MAC Code generated successfully. ' appeared on the ticket but nothing else.
