Both staff and customers are reporting that email they're expecting is yet to arrive. The problem seesm to have started late this morning.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

IronPorts were using customer-facing DNS due to a problem over the weekekend with the routing at one of our data centres.

We reverted this change this morning however it was inadvertently applied to the IronPort boxes at another data centre too.

This broke these anti-spam servers and caused uneccessary load on the remainder of the platform.

The DNS servers have been reset correctly on PTN now so they're taking back the load.

Queues are starting to come down again.
