At approximately 4.30pm all customers connected to the Plusnet 10 622Mbps central were disconnected. This central terminates on the gateway known as pcl-ag03.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem passed to a network engineer for further investigation.

An engineer on-site is investigating, it initially appears to be a problem with the fibre that connects the 622 central to the edge router and a new fibre is being run in.

The fibre has been swapped and we have confirmed that the link is now working and people are reconnecting to Plusnet10.

We will now look at getting the platform back into balance.
