We are currently experiencing issues at one of our London Datacentres, City Lifeline. Engineers are now investigating.

We are currently experiencing a power failure at one of our London Datacentres.

This has caused a number of customers to be disconnected and may also cause problems with email as well as general web browsing.

Our engineers are working to restore service as soon as possible.

Further investigation has identified that the problem is caused by a failed network gateway router rather than a power issues. Our networks team are currently investigating this further.

A replacement for the failed part is being shipped and will be fitted on arrival.

The faulty card has been replaced and the device is now working.
